New CTSA Director Appointed

Shri M.V.V. Prasada Rao takes charge as the new Director of Central Tibetan Schools Administration, (an autonomous body under the Indian Ministry of Human Resource Development, Govt. of India) on March 18. He took over charge from Shri Vineet Joshi, IAS who was the Director of CTSA from November 2006 to March 17, 2009. Before joining CTSA, Shri Prasada Rao was the Joint Secretary (Admn. & Legal) of Central Board of Secondary Education, Delhi. Prior to that, he served as Assistant Commissioner of Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti (1996-2004); Deputy Director (Admn.) & Regional Head of National Institute of Open Schooling, Hyderabad Region (2004-2005); and Deputy Director (Admn.) of National Institute of Agriculture Marketing under Ministry of Agriculture of Govt. of Rajasthan (2005-2006).
