Patna,(BiharTimes): The Central Board of Secondary Education’s decision to
withdrawn the provisional affiliation up to senior secondary level of Patna
Muslim High School has jeopardized the fate of a large number of students of
Class-IX and XI.
According to sources 21 students of Class-IX and 81 students
of Class-XI have been barred from Registration for the session 2011-12.
Talking to BiharTimes RTI Activist, Ali Abid, who is
spearheading the movment against the mismanagement in the school, said that on
February 10, 2011 the Board imposed ban for direct admission in this school. The
Board, in its letter dated 11.11.2011, said that these students have never
attended the school for regular course of study. This was reported by an inquiry
committee of the CBSE.
This letter was issued by M V V Prasad Rao, Joint Secretary
affiliation. The letter number is 330067/2011/358766.
The students were reportedly kept in the dark at the time of
taking admission.
